Role Context
We’re not building static dashboards. We’re building AI-native products — where interfaces think, adapt, and respond. You won’t just write frontend code. You’ll build the layer where humans interact with intelligence.
This includes:
- AI copilots
- Decision interfaces
- Adaptive workflows
- Real-time feedback systems
If you think UI = screens, this role is not for you.
If you think UI = behavior, decisions, and intelligence — read on.
What You’ll Do
- Build production-ready interfaces using React, Next.js, TypeScript
- Translate Figma designs into functional, scalable product flows
- Develop AI-powered UI patterns:
- Chat / copilots
- Recommendation systems
- Dynamic dashboards
- Integrate backend AI workflows into user-facing experiences
- Work closely with Product Designer + Founder to shape product behavior
- Use AI tools to:
- Speed up development
- Improve code quality
- Reduce bugs
- Continuously refine UI based on real usage, not assumptions
What We Expect
- 2–4 years of strong frontend experience (React / Next.js)
- Solid understanding of:
- API integrations
- State management
- Performance optimization
- Ability to work in ambiguity — not everything will be defined
- Interest in AI-powered UX (chat, copilots, adaptive systems)
- Builder mindset:
- Ships fast
- Learns fast
- Improves continuously
Bonus
- Experience building:
- Chat interfaces
- SaaS dashboards
- Internal tools
- Exposure to:
- LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, etc.)
- AI workflows / automation
- Side projects or products you’ve built
How We Measure Success
- You ship usable, production-ready interfaces
- Your work reduces iteration cycles
- Your UI enables clear decision-making for users
- Performance remains strong (speed, responsiveness, reliability)
- You improve speed using AI — without compromising quality
Growth Path
- 0–6 months: Own core frontend flows
- 6–18 months: Lead AI interface patterns across products
- 18+ months: Become AI Experience Engineer / Frontend Architect
Non-Negotiables
- No static UI mindset
- No dependency on step-by-step instructions
- No resistance to AI-assisted workflows
- No “just tell me what to do” attitude
How We Work
- Small team. High ownership.
- Less meetings. More execution.
- Clarity > speed. But speed matters.
- AI is part of every workflow
- Output matters more than effort
Why This Role Exists
Most companies are still building interfaces for the past.
We’re building for what’s next:
Human + AI interaction systems
If you want to work on:
- Real products
- Real systems
- Real impact
This is your ground.
Final Check Before Applying
Ask yourself:
- Can I build without constant direction?
- Can I think beyond UI and understand behavior?
- Am I actively using AI to improve my work?
If yes — apply.
If not — this won’t work.
